Delivery
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping Fee is $5.00 for the first item and $2.00 for every additional item. Orders over $89 qualify for FREE Expedited Shipping via Canada Post. If your item is ever damaged in shipping please contact us immediately.
How long will it take to get my package? :
Depending on area of residence, you should receive your package within 5-10 business days. Bad weather and product availability may delay an order. If that is the case you will be notified. There are no deliveries on weekends and holidays. At this time, we do not offer an overnight option or an express shipping option. If you do need something rushed, please contact customer service, and we will try to help ensure you get the package quicker. Please note, during high season, Christmas and Valentine's Day, delivery times may vary.
Returns
Lingerie Canada accepts no merchandise returns or exchanges AFTER 7 DAYS from the date of receipt of the package. Eligible items requesting to be returned must be in there original unworn conditions & packaging. The customer must obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandize Number) via email before the merchandise is mailed back to Lingerie Canada. The following items MAY NOT be returned:
- Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on costumes, thongs, underwear, novelty items, as well as worn merchandise for your safety.
- Stockings, body stockings, eye lashes, pasties, pantyhose, wigs
- Items that have been warn, laundered, tags removed, smell like cigarette smoke/body order/perfume, stained, not returned in the original packaging including hanger when applicable.
- Footwear/Shoes may only be returned for a different size of the same style. Original box must be included with return.
- Sale or Clearance items – All Sales are Final.
Please note returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If the customer’s order was shipped using our FREE SHIPPING special, anadditional $10 fee would apply. This is to cover Lingerie Canada’s cost of shipping the original package. In addition, Lingerie Canada is not responsible for shipping cost incurred to return the merchandise.

If within 20 Days of your purchase you find a lower price on any Canadian E-commerce site; we will then issue you a refund for the price difference and give you a discount on a future purchase. Note: Please remember to wear a liner when trying on an outfit that has a panty bottom. All return items will be given a 85% refund (15% restocking fee). Shipping charges will not be refunded.
